The distance to the nearest supermarket is only 5 minutes, to downtown Willemstad (Punda or Salina) 7 to 12 minutes.
Dolfins are loved by many people. They look sweet and cheerful. For us, they have an important meaning in the dolphin therapy with Rens. It is amazing what an impact the dolphins have on children with disabilities. Rens has been following therapy since birth, but various treatments during the program with the Dolphins, he put those steps we all thought weren’t possible. His speech is much better, he has become more accessible, and his self-confidence increased dramatically, and in many other areas he has progressed.
Not only his, but our life is changed by the very positive. It is clear that a dolphin for us forever is synonymous to happiness, and enjoyment. It was therefore inevitable that the dolphin stood symbol for our holiday-villa. Thanks to the dolphins we ended up in Curaçao and we learned about a country that has stolen our hearts forever.

Marbella Estate is a so-called "Gated Community". That is to say, the entire
resort is walled and the gates that you see on the picture on the right, are
closed during the evening, at night and in the weekend, and the permanent and temporary
residents of Marbella Estate use a remote
control to open the gate.
Marbella Estate is situated between two beautiful lagoons, called Lagun Jan Thiel and the Spanish Water. These are undoubtedly two of the most beautiful locations on the island for beginner divers, snorklers and boaters. Also you can swim or just enjoy the beautiful nature.
During your stay in Villa Kas Delfin you will not only have a lovely private swimming pool at your disposal but there is also a beautiful big outdoor pool (there will be no noise heard at about 100 meters away) intended for joint use by the residents of Marbella Estate and guests of Villa Kas Delfin.
